About the role

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
  1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
  2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and make everyone's day better.
  3. Maintain store safety and legality by keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
  4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to help team learning.
  5. Support the local community by participating in activities and events.
