We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
  1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, prioritizing customers’ needs, responding to queries, and championing Co-op products and Membership.
  2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, working together to improve everyone's day.
  3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant by keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
  4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to help everyone learn.
  5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
