Job description

Working pattern:

  1. 5 varied shifts over 7 days, including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends. Details to be discussed at interview.
  2. Role includes working in our in-store bakery.
  3. Full, paid training provided.
  4. No CV needed; applications can be made using your mobile device.
  5. Must be aged 18 or over, as the role involves working before 6am or after 10pm.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Providing friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and supporting the in-store bakery.
  2. Supporting store colleagues to solve customer problems and improve the shopping experience.
  3. Ensuring store safety and legality by maintaining stock levels, accurate pricing, and proper storage conditions.
  4. Introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to help team learning.
  5. Supporting community involvement through participation in activities and events.

Ideal candidates will have:
