Working pattern:

1. 2 out of 7 varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends. Role will include working in our in-store bakery, to be discussed at interview.
2. Full, paid training provided.

About the role:

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery, and delivering a great shopping experience.

3. Ensure the store is safe and legal—keep shelves stocked, and check prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by getting involved in activities and events.
