Varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings (until 10pm), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in-store bakery.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and shop floor, and perform tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do

• Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
• Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
• Keep the store safe and legal by stocking shelves properly, and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
• Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
• Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
