As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages. What you'll do

• Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
• Support your colleagues and support problem solving for customers and members
• Ensure the store is safe and compliant—stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures
• Assist with introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to promote team learning
• Engage with the local community through activities and events
