As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and shop floor, restocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages. What you'll do

• Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
• Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked, and prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
• Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
• Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
