Job Title: Customer Team Member at Co-op

Working Pattern

2 varied shifts over 7 days, including afternoons, late evenings (until 11pm), and weekends. Details to be discussed at interview.

Training and Application

Role Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Provide friendly, thoughtful service, respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and ensure a great shopping experience.
2. Teamwork: Support colleagues, solve problems for customers and members.
3. Store Maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct, and maintain safety and legality.
4. Product Introduction: Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Community Engagement: Get involved in local activities and events.
