Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a SPAR Customer Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will support store management and ensure a positive customer experience. Your role involves maximizing sales and profit through excellent customer service and efficient task completion, contributing to the store's continuous improvement.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Upselling products and promoting offers to enhance sales.

Store Operations

• Stock management, including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Performing tasks like date checking, stock rotation, price adjustments, and promotional displays.
• Following company policies and procedures diligently.

Skills and Knowledge

• Experience in retail or similar roles is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions reliably.
• Understanding of retail legislation and customer service skills.
