You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

This role involves delivering shopping to customers’ homes, so you'll need a full UK driving licence and to have been driving for at least 3 years.

We’re looking for Home Delivery Drivers to join our team at Co-op.

As a Home Delivery Driver, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to ensure customers' orders are handled with care and help out in the store when you’re not on the road.

What you’ll do:

1. Pick and pack our customers’ orders, then deliver them to their doorsteps, representing Co-op as a safe and considerate driver.
2. Make sure your delivery vehicle is safe and compliant, conducting daily checks to ensure it’s in good working order.
3. Lend a hand in the store when you’re not on the road, serving customers at the till, restocking shelves, and helping colleagues solve problems.
4. Help introduce new ways of working and make change feel natural, sharing your experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
5. Participate in activities and events to support your local community.
