Job Title: SPAR Customer Team Member

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Team Member at our Dolgellau SPAR store. In this role, you will support store management and create a positive customer experience by assisting in maximising sales and profit through various tasks. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring store presentation, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Upselling products and promoting offers.

Store Operations:

• Stock management, including checking deliveries and maintaining shelves.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and stock is rotated properly.
• Completing tasks like price changes, promotional displays, and stock checks.

Skills and Knowledge

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Understanding of retail legislative responsibilities is desirable.
• Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus but not essential.

Working Hours

16 - 24 hours per week, possibly more during busy periods. Various shifts available, including weekends.
