Job summary

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader to head a small team in a fast-paced store in Coppull. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure smooth store operations on the shop floor and tills, while supporting merchandising and stock accuracy. You’ll help drive community engagement and promote Co-op memberships.

Role is 22 hours per week with regular overtime, permanent, part-time, with a 2pm–10pm pattern and some weekend availability. Colleague benefits are highlighted below.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co‑op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you will do:

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 22 hours per week + regular overtime, Permanent, Part time

Working pattern: 2pm to 10pm, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift. We're happy to discuss additional availability further at interview.
