Co-op is looking for a Customer Team Member in a UK store. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and support online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery.
The role includes working in-store bakery and tills, with a focus on friendly customer service and community engagement. The position offers part-time hours (10 hours per week) with regular overtime potential, from a supportive, member-owned cooperative.
As a Customer Team Member, you'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day. Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
You’ll help keep our shelves stocked and support sales, making sure customers can find what they need. You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities. Plus, you'll promote Co-op membership, helping more customers enjoy the benefits of our unique business.
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 10 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery
