CO-OP Beeston store seeks a Customer Team Leader to guide a small team on shift, keep shelves stocked, and deliver great service. You may work in the post office, bakery, or support online services and home delivery drivers, adapting to daily needs.

You’ll lead by example, coach staff, drive merchandising and stock accuracy, and strengthen community links through Co-op membership. The role offers 39 hours per week with regular overtime, temp to permanent, full-time, and the chance to grow with

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you'll do

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 39 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, full time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview.
