Job summary

Fastenal Glasgow is seeking a full-time onsite team member to support warehouse operations, deliveries, and sales support in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

Based from our Glasgow branch, you will receive and organize inventory, pick and pack orders, and deliver products across Scotland. You will maintain stock levels, assist customer site stock programs, and build strong customer relationships through dependable service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work.
• Possess a current full valid UK Manual driver's license (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Highly motivated and customer service orientated.
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages on a regular basis.

OVERVIEW

Working as a team member, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the products and service they need, when they need them. Based from our Glasgow branch, this position combines warehouse operations, customer deliveries, and day-to-day sales support activities in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

You will be responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and delivering products directly to customer locations throughout Scotland. The role also involves maintaining inventory levels, supporting customer site stock management programs, and

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Whether working in the warehouse, on the road, or at a customer site, you will help ensure operational excellence and contribute to the continued success of our customers and our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
