Omega Plc, a logistics leader, seeks a Customer Support Team Leader to head the UK head office and drive the daily service delivery with ownership of team workload. You will mentor, train and coach the CS team to meet service standards, collaborating with the Asset Manager to design and monitor processes.

Additionally, you will analyse Service team processes and push CI initiatives while managing a dedicated UK customer portfolio. A proven leader with logistics experience is essential.

Qualificações

• Tenured experience in a customer service lead role.
• Experience in logistics and/or supply chain is paramount.
• Understanding of customer-centric principles and service centre environments.
• Excellent soft skills to motivate, coach and lead a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the daily delivery of service activities and own the team workload.
• Mentor and train the Customer Service team to meet standards.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service & Asset Manager to design and monitor processes.
• Analyse processes within the Service team and drive CI activities.
• Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers in the UK region.
