This position reports to

Customer Support Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to internal and external customers. You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership daily. You will also demonstrate your expertise by improving customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #Onsite. This role contributes to the UK Electrification Installation Products division. Main stakeholders include Operations, Customers, and Suppliers. Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by collaborating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other teams.
  2. Paying close attention to customer needs and ensuring effective problem solving.
  3. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  4. Handling complaints promptly and effectively.
  5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Following company policies and procedures when handling customer requests and issues.
Qualifications for the role
  • Proven experience in customer service or related customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Knowledge of ABB products or services is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, empathetic attitude towards customers.
