This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Account Manager to use their expertise to enhance and develop the performance of Account Managers within the Facilities Management Team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a small team of Account Managers
  • Oversee a range of projects and programmes
  • Handle responsibility for Profit and Loss (P&L) on accounts
  • Identify and implement areas for cost savings
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders and develop relationships
  • Use CAFM systems in line with company policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
  • Experience of working in Facilities or Building Management
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
  • Excellent communication and client relationship building skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency in using CAFM systems
