Job summary

Aldridge-based Customer Support Executive role is available with a permanent contract and a typical 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday pattern. You will engage customers by phone and email, process orders, address queries, and support both trade and retail customers within a dynamic interiors brand.

The role emphasizes good organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and teamwork with purchasing and warehouse colleagues. Training and a welcoming team atmosphere are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales administration.
• Familiarity with Sage or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email to provide support.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Handle product and order enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Support both trade and retail customers as needed.
• Follow up on quotations and sales enquiries to help drive sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and design teams.
