Kamma is a hybrid company, offering flexibility with a 24/7 central London office available to use. While much of this role can be done remotely, we expect team members to be in the office weekly to foster collaboration and team spirit.
What is the role?
As we scale, we are seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team. This critical role involves nurturing customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and championing customer feedback within the business. You will ensure our customers unlock the full value of Kamma’s products, driving their success while contributing to ours.
