As part of our mission to power the net-zero revolution, we are growing our team and looking for a Customer Support Engineer to play a crucial role in helping our customers get the most out of Payaca.
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the frontline of our customer success efforts, helping users troubleshoot issues, optimise their workflows, and integrate Payaca with their existing tools. This is not just a traditional support role; you’ll work closely with both customers and our engineering team to diagnose problems, improve our documentation, and help shape the future of our platform.
This role is fully onsite in our Bristol, Queen Square office, where you’ll be working alongside a passionate team focused on delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
