Job Description:

Global technology company is expanding its EMEA customer operations support team and is looking to hire 2 Linux operations / SRE Engineers for their Bristol office.

There is a highly competitive salary, a generous bonus scheme, and an extensive equity package on offer!

Key skills/experience required:
  • A degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related subjects
  • 3+ years of experience administering Linux systems
  • Strong hands-on experience with various Linux distributions
  • Experience working with AWS or GCP
  • Familiarity with deployment tools such as Ansible Tower and Jenkins
  • Experience working with automation platforms
  • Experience in large deployments to global infrastructure
  • Proficient with orchestration/configuration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet
  • Strong knowledge of networking, packet tracing, latency, and throughput to troubleshoot application issues
  • System/application administration in high-availability, customer-facing, large-scale environments
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, shell, Ruby, or Python
  • Experience with monitoring systems

These roles are 100% office-based in Bristol.
