Job summary

PHS Besafe in Tipton is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You will handle incoming and outgoing queries, support contract management, and act as the link between customers, Sales and Operations to ensure a seamless service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and logically.

• Willingness to learn new systems.
• Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Identify customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
• Develop a strong understanding of PHS Besafe products and services.
• Support the implementation and management of PDA barcode notices.
• Ensure customers and colleagues are kept informed of actions taken and next steps.
• Liaise closely with Besafe Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Promote a proactive approach to resolving customer issues and enquiries.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Produce reports and provide product information when required.
• Work effectively under pressure and meet agreed deadlines.
• Support systems and processes relating to installations and uplift activities.
• Carry out additional duties and projects as directed by management.
