A leading Residential Developer, dedicated to providing exceptional housing solutions and customer service, is seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Coordinator to join their team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support after moving into their new homes.

The Customer Support Coordinator manages customer issues and complaints post-handover, ensuring timely resolution from start to finish. This includes identifying required actions, scheduling resources, and ordering materials for remedial work.

The role requires clear, regular communication with customers, effective use of company systems, and adherence to all relevant processes and health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and resolve post-handover customer issues
  2. Coordinate resources and order materials as needed
  3. Keep customers updated on progress
  4. Use internal systems to log and track tasks
  5. Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
  6. Identify solutions to blockers and escalate risks to SLA compliance to the Customer Support Manager
  7. Maintain clear, detailed notes for accurate records and smooth handovers
  8. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  9. Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, setting expectations and providing feedback for continuous improvement
Experience:
  1. Previous experience working in a fast-paced Customer Service environment
  2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  3. Experience in the housing sector
  4. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative to solve problems
  5. Ability to remain calm, measured, and resilient in challenging situations
