Job summary

Crystal Palace Football Club is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join the Supporter Services team at Selhurst Park. You will manage the Retail Shop inbox, respond to customer queries, maintain records in the CRM, and assist with daily operations to deliver an excellent fan experience.

You'll work across matchdays and non-matchdays, providing administrative support, handling returns and account updates, and sharing insights to improve service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, administrative, or office-based role.
• Strong written communication and professional email responses.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Retail Shop email inbox and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Support the wider Customer Support team with day-to-day enquiries.
• Update customer records in the CRM as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting for the team.
• Provide cover for the Receptionist during breaks or absences.
• Support on matchdays with fan services and accreditation distribution.
• Uphold Health & Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies.
