Highland Spring Ltd is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator for the Blackford site, working 37.5 hours per week in a fast-moving FMCG environment. You’ll coordinate demand, stock and customer relationships to ensure reliable service.

You’ll partner with Sales, Planning and Logistics, review forecasts, monitor OTIF targets, and drive improvements using data and Excel. The role suits someone who enjoys cross-functional teamwork and turning insights into actions to keep customers supplied.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG and supply chain.
• Experience working with customers, especially major retailers.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.
• Ability to turn data into clear actions and communicate across teams.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day supply chain relationship for key customer accounts with Sales, Planning and Logistics.
• Review demand, forecasts and stock levels to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
• Monitor orders, stock availability and forecast accuracy to support OTIF targets.
• Coordinate stock movements and ensure stock levels across external warehouses.
• Prepare customer service reporting and lead regular customer review meetings.
