Highland Spring Ltd in Blackford is seeking a Customer Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. You will coordinate orders, liaise with hauliers and warehouses, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.

Ideal candidates are organised, dependable and eager to learn. You don’t need prior logistics experience; we welcome transferable skills from customer service or administration, and you’ll gain practical exposure across customer service, logistics and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Organised, dependable and keen to learn.
• Experience in customer service, administration or order processing is helpful.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Team player able to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer orders, ensuring they are allocated and ready for collection and delivery on time.
• Liaise with hauliers and third-party warehouses to arrange and monitor deliveries.
• Verify orders in our systems and investigate shipping or delivery issues.
• Support haulage information, purchase orders and invoices, and monitor OTIF performance.
