Highland Spring Group, the UK's leading producer of natural source water, is seeking a Demand Manager for the Ochils site in Blackford. You will own demand planning across customers, products and channels, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure a precise demand view that informs production, inventory and service decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in demand planning or forecasting, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience developing and managing demand forecasts with knowledge of S&OP.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data to identify trends and insights.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques, forecast accuracy and bias.
• Experience using demand planning systems and reporting tools.
• Understanding commercial factors affecting demand, including promotions and product launches.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions across the business.

Aufgaben

• Own the demand planning and forecasting process across customers, products and sales channels.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to understand customer requirements, promotions, market trends and growth plans.
• Lead the demand review as part of S&OP to agree a clear forecast.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities to improve planning quality.
• Provide insights into demand trends, risks and opportunities for wider supply chain decisions.
• Support new product launches and changes in demand through analysis and scenario modelling.
• Review and improve planning systems, reporting and ways of working for a more effective approach.
