Job summary

Office Angels in Hove/Portslade is seeking a Customer Success & Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will handle warm inquiries, provide outstanding customer support, and convert opportunities into sales through product knowledge.

This permanent role offers a £27,000 basic salary plus a monthly bonus (OTE £32,000+). Hours are Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm with one short Saturday per month, office-based in Hove.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
