Job Title: Customer Success & Retention Partner | Scotland & North East England | OTE £60K

At Safetykleen, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a customer-obsessed professional to join our team, ensuring our clients remain engaged, satisfied, and loyal. You’ll focus on building trust, solving meaningful challenges, and demonstrating the long-term value of partnering with us.

This is a field-based role across Scotland and North East England, potentially requiring up to two overnight stays per week.

Ideal Candidate:

• Enjoys face-to-face customer interactions (around two per day)
• Skilled at turning around tricky relationships
• Commercially savvy and consultative
• Believes customer success drives company success
• Values sustainability and service excellence
