Faith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Farnham office. The role is office-based and requires own transport to reach the site. You will manage key client accounts, coordinate projects from enquiry through delivery, and maintain CRM records.

Collaboration with sales, operations and leadership is essential to drive improvements and ensure client satisfaction. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £55,000 with an annual bonus, 25 days holiday (plus birthday off), pension

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer success, account management, client services or project coordination.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate projects from enquiry through to delivery.
• Organise meetings, events and client communications.
• Maintain CRM records and reporting.
• Work closely with sales, operations and leadership teams.
