ROCKWOOL International A/S, via its Rockfon brand, invites applications for a Customer Services Advisor based at our Pencoed, South Wales offices. The role focuses on processing orders, queries and claims with prompt, accurate handling to maintain high customer satisfaction, while driving service improvements and supporting sales initiatives.

You will liaise with sales, production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure seamless delivery, verify pricing and product specs, and monitor delivery

Formación

• Previous experience in a customer service or order management role.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (incl. Excel).
• Ability to prioritise workload and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Process and coordinate all customer orders, queries, and claims with prompt handling to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver improvements to service levels for external and internal customers through efficiency.
• Handle quality, product, and service complaints professionally, liaising with relevant parties for fair settlements.
• Liaise with sales, production, logistics, suppliers, and accounts to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
• Verify correspondence for pricing and product specs; maintain input accuracy throughout ordering.
• Monitor delivery dates and proactively update customers on progress or delays; notify of any issues.
• Investigate and process credit requests with accounts to resolve issues fairly.
• Update customer orders in Rockbis to ensure accurate financial reporting; provide data to Finance and Rockfon Group.
• Manage customer call-off orders and keep ASM and Sales Director informed of changes or issues.
• Identify operational problems, propose solutions, and support sales initiatives with upselling and promotion awareness.
