Customer Success Manager – PropTech SaaS

London (Hybrid – 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company that’s genuinely changing how the property industry operates. We’re looking for a confident and experienced Customer Success Manager who knows their way around property, rentals, or estate agency tech — and is ready to hit the ground running.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Take ownership of the customer journey – from onboarding to training and day-to-day success. You’ll be the reason they get the most out of the platform.
  • Be a trusted partner – understand your clients’ businesses, what they need, and how to help them get there using our tech.
  • Drive product adoption and long-term engagement – identifying opportunities to grow accounts and introduce new features.
  • Champion the customer voice – working cross-functionally with sales, product and tech to ensure we’re constantly improving.
  • Get ahead of issues – spotting trends, solving problems, and keeping clients on track to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams – always working together to deliver a seamless, high-value experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in Customer Success within SaaS – ideally in PropTech, rental platforms, property software, or within a SaaS company focused on estate agency clients.
  • A strong understanding of the property industry – you’ve worked closely with property businesses and understand their language, challenges, and pace.
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re able to simplify complex ideas and build rapport quickly.
  • Commercial awareness – you can spot opportunities, handle renewals, and influence growth.
  • Organised, proactive, and driven – able to manage multiple client relationships with structure and care.
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused – the type of person who rolls their sleeves up and gets stuck in.

This role is ideal for someone who’s:

  • Worked in a PropTech SaaS business, or a SaaS company that supports landlords, estate agents, or lettings professionals.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and happy navigating client data in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
