Customer Success Manager (Remote, UK Wide)

TELUS Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build trusted advisor relationships with our clients and help them drive higher employee engagement and overall wellness using TELUS Health solutions.

This is a remote role; candidates can be based anywhere in the UK.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high client loyalty by developing relationships at all levels within the client organization, especially with C-level executives.
  • Conduct ongoing business reviews to measure and achieve client success, including:
  • Driving continued engagement through innovative communication programs focused on user uptake and persistence.
  • Providing ongoing project status updates.
  • Presenting upcoming product roadmaps.
  • Conducting strategy sessions and optimizing solutions.
  • Establishing and monitoring recurring targets.
  • Sharing TELUS Health's vision, product strategy, and release activities.
  • Sharing best practices and connecting clients for industry insights.
  • Creating customer advocacy and engagement.
  • Gathering client feedback to drive product and operational improvements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Advocating for clients and exploring value-added opportunities.
  • Driving engagement through events and networking opportunities.
  • Managing and negotiating renewals.
  • Coordinating contracts and additional services.
  • Identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in account or success management, with B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with employee wellness, health benefits, or HCM markets is a plus.
  • Proven success in client retention and relationship growth.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
  • Proficient with CRM, Office, and communication tools.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Technology, or related fields preferred.
