Package: £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus

The Company
Oscar Digital is excited to be exclusively partnered with a SaaS company, providing healthcare teams around the world with life changing data platforms. They focus patient targeted systems that aim to improve and support patients to better understand their needs.
The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in shaping the framework, performance metrics, and processes required to ensure outstanding outcomes for customers. Working closely with various internal teams this role will focus on streamlining customer onboarding, implementation, and performance tracking while maintaining alignment with critical KPIs.
