Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager based in Basingstoke. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships, and employing analytical skills to anticipate and address customer needs. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.
