Job summary

Beonic is seeking a Customer Success Manager to cover maternity leave for its Retail portfolio in London. You will manage executive relationships, ensure renewals and upsell opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

The role requires strong SaaS experience, client empathy, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Contract is fixed-term for 12 months starting mid-January 2027.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience representing a high-ticket technical product.
• Experience in Retail, Commercial Property or Leisure sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Key Account Management of Beonic’s Retail portfolio with senior decision makers.
• Provide responses to technical or account queries and project management.
• Provide technical support and training for customers of the Beonic SaaS platform.
• Liaise with internal teams to solve client problems.
• Consult with clients on integration with Beonic’s SaaS platform.
• Assist Sales in creating customer proposals and cost estimates.
• Work with the Digital Strategy team to optimise marketing strategies.
• Handover to the returning Customer Success Manager at contract end.
