Boden is seeking a Customer Insight Executive to support its global customer insight programme, turning surveys, focus groups and feedback into storytelling that informs Product, Brand and Marketing decisions. The role blends quantitative surveys with qualitative research, requiring strong organisation, coordination of logistics and an appetite for learning.

Location is hybrid: four days in North Acton and one day from home; maternity cover for 12 months.

Formación

• Interest in customer insight, research or marketing analysis.
• Experience turning customer feedback into actionable insights.
• Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint to organise analysis and storytelling.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset; eager to learn.
• Understanding of quantitative research (surveys) and reporting.
• Understanding of qualitative research (interviews, focus groups, online communities).
• Experience coordinating logistics for research sessions and incentives.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, script and analyse customer surveys across the UK, US and Germany.
• Coordinate product testing with external partners and extract actionable takeaways.
• Recruit for and organise focus groups, wardrobe visits and online communities.
• Moderate customer conversations and conduct interviews to uncover what matters to customers.
• Manage customer text groups and ensure feedback reaches the right teams.
• Edit customer video feedback into short engaging clips for the business.
• Summarise survey and focus-group findings into clear, actionable themes.
• Support Brand, Marketing, UXR and Product with ad-hoc insight requests (data pulls from Ometria or Snowflake).
• Share findings with Boden stakeholders to shape decisions and experiences.
• Handle logistics like incentives, travel, venues and research sessions.
