Job summary

Aiviq, a fintech company, is building a new Customer Success Manager role to own day-to-day health of customer relationships and drive adoption of our cloud-based data platform.

You will partner with Sales and cross‑functional teams to enable retention and advocacy, write playbooks, and lead planning across Operations, Professional Services and Product. Based in London with home‑working flexibility, travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in customer success, client service or account management within B2B SaaS, fintech or data.
• Trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and the confidence to handle difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the business and operational relationship across a portfolio of customers, communicating with senior sponsors.
• Build and maintain customer success plans with objectives, use cases and measures of success.
• Facilitate regular service reviews covering performance, delivery progress and roadmap alignment.
• Maintain a live view of customer health and stakeholder mapping to spot emerging issues.
