Job summary

Aiviq is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst or Implementation Engineer to drive client implementations from our London hub. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Services to deliver globally, ensuring technical excellence across multiple project lifecycles.

Key duties include building data connectors, defining data scope, creating technical documentation, and contributing product improvements while triaging client feedback with the product team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and execute on work packages for client implementation alongside an Aiviq Project Manager.
• Understand the client data sources at a business and technical level and build data connectors for ingesting that data into the Aiviq solution
• Define appropriate product and data scope requirements for new client engagements and in defining suitable acceptance criteria
• Contribute innovative ideas to advance the Professional Services offering
• Create high-quality technical documentation for client specific implementation work
• Develop deep product knowledge and work with the Aiviq Product team to implement new features as well as managing and triaging client feedback on product features
• Define and execute on suitable test criteria for ensuring successful completion of project tasks
• Conduct sophisticated data analysis to draw out potential problems in implementations or to innovate in improvement to the implementation process
• Demonstrate advanced SQL skills
• Work with Engineering and QA on the reporting of, resolution and client-side testing of bugs and issues

Position Overview

As an experienced Technical Business Analyst or Implementation Engineer within the Professional Services department at Aiviq, you will take a hands-on role in the execution of implementation projects to new and existing Aiviq clients. You’ll collaborate with our Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Services teams to deliver on global implementations while ensuring technical excellence throughout multiple project lifecycles.

Core Responsibilities
