PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. is seeking a Customer Relationship Advisor to act as the essential link between our PharmAssist platform and clients in Leeds. You will support customers, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to business growth through effective relationship management.

The role requires strong communication, data interpretation, and CRM proficiency, with a focus on accuracy and customer success. Office hours are 09:00–18:00, with some flexibility offered.

Competenze

• Experience in telephone account management and customer service, preferably in a pharmaceutical context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM tools.
• Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on accuracy.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Upload supplier price files to maintain customer price cascades.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce the value of our products.
• Identify growth opportunities using preferred Gold Partner suppliers.
• Generate and nurture leads for additional products or services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to expand our customer base.
• Manage pricing queries and maintain accurate CRM information.
