Job summary

Roche Diagnostics UK & Ireland is seeking an energetic Associate Customer Account Manager to learn the diagnostics industry and support MLS contracts. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience and drive digital adoption within managed service accounts.

Based in Burgess Hill, the role involves meetings, subcontract handling, contract changes, CRM use, and coordinating internal teams to deliver value to customers and patients.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with degree or equivalent.
• Excellent numeracy and data interpretation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to operational, financial and quarterly business meetings.
• Process product additions and Contract Change Notifications (CCNs).
• Handle new subcontracts and third-party negotiations.
• Use the Roche CRM and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor customer feedback and champion patient-centric service.
