Job description

Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Bury who are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join their busy team.

Working hours are – Full Time Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the business.
  • Manage upwards of existing customers.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Be the main point of contact.
  • Handle requests and enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external departments.
  • Maintain the CRM System.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and by yourself.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software *desirable.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines.
