Job summary

AdManage.ai is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager with a media buying background to bridge software and performance marketing. You’ll guide onboarding, answer questions on campaign structure and features, and help customers unlock the full value of bulk ad launching, creative mining, and performance dashboards.

You will join a strong CS team, learn fast, and contribute to reducing churn while supporting brands, agencies, and growth teams across our platform.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months in a customer-facing role in SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Google Meet, email, and Slack.
• Comfortable using Claude Code to automate repetitive tasks or draft customer communications.
• Startup mentality: eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to wear multiple hats.
• Curiosity, empathy and bias for action are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding: guide new customers from setup to first wins with the senior team.
• Be a go-to resource: use your media buying knowledge to answer questions on campaign structure and platform features.
• Drive adoption: help customers unlock bulk ad launching, creative mining, and performance dashboards.
• Build relationships: act as a reliable point of contact for brands, agencies, and growth teams.
• Close the feedback loop: surface customer pain points to product/engineering and help reduce churn.
