Job summary

Citywire is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive user engagement across subscription products for 500+ asset management accounts. You will scale our HubSpot outreach, analyze usage, and partner with sales to protect renewals while onboarding new digital products and building a community of product champions.

You’ll host client webinars, demos, and 1:1 walkthroughs to showcase data products and gather feedback for product development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or lifecycle marketing in SaaS or financial media is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Citywire’s HubSpot engagement sequences and workflows, updating cadence and segmentation.
