Job summary

EDMI is seeking a Customer Solutions Analyst/Engineer to join the Customer Experience and Product team in the UK. The role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build technical expertise, work directly with customers and contribute to EDMI's smart metering solutions.

You will support customers with integration and deployment, investigate technical issues, and analyse data to identify root causes.

Qualifications

• Has an engineering, technology or related degree.
• Enjoys investigating problems and finding solutions.
• Is highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people.
• Is proactive, organised and eager to learn.
• Can balance technical thinking with a customer-focused approach.
• Has an interest in technology, energy or smart metering (helpful but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers with the integration and deployment of smart metering solutions.
• Investigating technical issues and helping customers reach successful outcomes.
• Analysing data, logs and customer feedback to identify root causes and solutions.
• Building strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders.
• Delivering customer training and product enablement activities.
• Working closely with engineering, product management, quality and sales teams.
• Contributing ideas that improve products, processes and customer experience.
