Job summary

Timberwise is a family-run specialist construction business with 50+ years in the industry, seeking a full-time Customer Services Team Member at our Northwich Head Office. You will be the first point of contact, answer calls, respond to online queries, and manage surveyors' diaries while handling invoicing tasks.

We offer a competitive base salary of £24,828 with a monthly bonus scheme aiming for an OTE of £30,000. There are benefits including a company pension, holidays, and training.

We are now looking for a full-time Customer Services Team Member to join our fantastic team at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire.

As a Customer Services TeamMember your role will include:

• First point of contact for our customers
• Handling of customer calls
• Responding to internet queries
• Management of surveyor’s diaries
• Typing reports
• Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
• Effectively planning and prioritising workload.

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be:

Hours of work are full-time 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday working:9am to 5pm.
