Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland in Kendal is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join a small, established team. The role focuses on customer order processing, tracking, and resolving stock and delivery issues for UK and European customers.

The successful candidate will manage orders, liaise with warehouses, and support sales colleagues, with occasional travel between locations and abroad as head offices are based in Austria.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and manage tracking through to delivery.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, stock, and delivery.
• Liaise with external warehouse providers and delivery companies.
• Support account managers with daily tasks and administration.
• Build and maintain relationships with external customers across the UK and Europe.
• Pick, pack and despatch sample and small orders from Kendal warehouse.
• Assist with stock takes and other office tasks as required.
