Job summary

Boughey Logistics is recruiting 3 Key Account Executives on a fixed term contract to support the peak period through to April 2027. The role is offered on a hybrid basis between the Wardle site and remote work, handling key customer accounts and ensuring first-class service.

You will resolve queries quickly, develop relationships, and input data accurately. The package includes a pro‑rata annual salary of £26,592.04, 33 holidays, training and pension benefits.

Job description

We are looking for 3 Key Account Executive's to join Boughey, initially on a fixed term contract, to support the operation over our peak period through to April 2027. The role is offered on a hybrid basis between our Wardle site and remote. You will take responsibility for key customer accounts ensuring a first-class service is provided, ensuring queries are resolved quickly whilst proposing new solutions to meet customer needs.

Day to Day

• Point of contact for customer enquiries both verbally and in writing, responsible for resolving these queries within given timeframes
• Develop and take responsibility for key accounts, ensuring we provide excellent customer service by developing a thorough understanding of their expectations and requirements, providing the correct advice and service levels on the back of this
• Expand existing customer relationships and support new sales by proposing new solutions to meet customer needs
• Complete administration duties with the highest accuracy including inputting customer and order information into the system and generating reports to stakeholders
• Where required, attend customer meetings acting as the link between customers and internal teams

What will you bring?

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft office suite with the ability to pick up new systems – experience with SAP would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
• Proactive and organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer centric and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience

Hours

Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday every 8 weeks
