Role Overview

This is a key role, focusing on providing effective, timely, and high-quality services to all our customers. You will handle and resolve a wide range of customer service issues via phone, email, or colleagues, using your excellent judgment and communication skills, along with your passion for excellent service. You will also seek to implement improvements to communication and processes to raise standards further. You must be a skilled customer service advocate with an understanding of its importance in a food distribution environment. Attention to detail, organization, and strong IT and finance skills are essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  2. Handle administration tasks including invoice reconciliation, H&S support/audit, and document retention.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service standards.
  4. Collaborate across departments, working on customer care and administrative tasks as needed.
  5. Maintain high levels of financial awareness and accuracy in all tasks.
